A podcast app that reads what you listen to.
Transcripts you can search. Chapters you can scan. Playlists for how you actually listen. I built it because I missed a chunk of an episode once and couldn't find it again.
Read what you hear.
When Brink can transcribe an episode, you get the whole thing as searchable, scannable, time-coded text. Tap any line to scrub to that moment. Search for a phrase that's been nagging at you. Read along on a loud train. The line you half-remember stops being lost somewhere between minute 18 and minute 24.
Skip the intro. Land on the moment.
Long episodes get broken into named chapters — sometimes from the show, sometimes generated. Tap a chapter, land on the timestamp. The 4-minute scrub in 2-second blind hops, trying to find the part where they talk about the thing you came for, is just over.
Queues for how you actually listen.
Commute. Study. Deep dive. Unwind. Curate episodes into queues that match how you actually listen — mix shows freely, reorder when you want, press play and let it run. The morning lineup stops being a thing you rebuild every morning.
I'm Gowtham. I make Brink.
It started because I lost a moment in a Vergecast episode — somewhere around minute 38, said with a laugh, gone in the scroll. I'd have to re-listen to twenty minutes to find it. No way to search the audio. No chapters worth a damn. So I started writing a podcast app at night. That was about a year ago.
I write the code, the copy, the bugs, and most of the late-night commits. Mostly between 11pm and 3am in Bengaluru, after the day's done. If something's broken in the app, you can email me — I'll probably already know.

Things I built mostly for myself.
Not the headline features. The ones that make the app feel less stupid in everyday use.
Daily Brief
Your shows, stitched into one quick listen. Built because I couldn't keep up with the queue — you probably can't either.
Quick Bites
60-second tastes of the episodes you'd otherwise skip. The "just one more" loop, by design.
In-Flight Queue
Tell Brink how long your flight is. It fills exactly that runway. No math, no panic.
Smart Folders
Shows group by topic, automatically. Because organizing one more folder is the last thing I want.
Realtime News
Headlines as they break. Read short, listen long. Built for the minutes between episodes.
Four million podcasts
Every show indexed by Apple Podcasts. Find it. Follow it. Read it.
